This website was developed in service of our giving mission. It helps us communicate with non-profits and other givers, as well as anyone who may be a target of fraud.

Use of Site

By accessing or using this site, you agree that you will not use the site or its content in any manner other than for its intended purpose, or that is illegal, harmful, or could impair its function, including using any data extraction methods or attempting to bypass measures that limit access to any part of site.


This site includes trade and service marks of Yield Giving, including our name, logo and the look and feel of the site. These marks are an important method of identifying us to potential gift recipients and our users. To prevent confusion, they may not be copied, imitated, or used without our prior written permission. All other product and company names mentioned on the site are the property of their respective owners.

You can link to the site for noncommercial purposes, provided that the link does not portray Yield Giving in a misleading or defamatory manner; the linking site does not contain any adult or illegal material or material that is harassing or otherwise inconsistent with our values; and you do not use our logo to link to this site without our written permission. This right may be revoked at any time.

This site provides links to and information about other organizations as a service to those who are interested in their content. Please note that we do not control, and therefore cannot endorse or make any warranties regarding third-party sites or their content, nor can we be responsible for any interactions you may have with them.

Any dispute of these terms will be governed by the laws of the state of Washington and resolved in a court of Washington or federal court of the United States. If any part of a provision is unenforceable, that part of the provision does not affect the enforceability of any remaining provisions, and failure to enforce any provision will not operate as a waiver. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yield Giving relating to your use of the site.
